FAQ
Common questions before the first consultation.
These are the questions we most often receive before starting work. If you need a short answer for a specific case, send the project context and goal.
We do web development, SEO, content, digital advertising, e-commerce optimization and growth strategy. Most often we connect several areas into one operating plan, but we can also take on a clearly defined standalone project.
We start with a short conversation to understand the business, goal, current problem and timing. We send an offer only once we can realistically assess scope, priorities and order of work.
Yes. The first conversation is free and helps us check whether there is a good fit, what makes sense to do now and which next step is most useful for your business.
Most often it takes 30 to 45 minutes. If the topic is more complex, after the first conversation we suggest an additional audit or workshop before the final offer.
The price depends on scope, timing, current state and whether it is a one-off project or monthly cooperation. After the conversation you receive a proposal with clear scope, price and phases.
No. We can work only on web, only on SEO, only on campaigns or only on an audit. We suggest a complete package only when several areas really need to work together for the result to make sense.
When the current website does not explain the offer clearly, loads slowly, converts poorly or technically cannot support SEO, campaigns and future content growth.
Yes. Before redesigning, we look at structure, content, analytics, SEO state and sales flow. The goal is not only a new look, but a better user path and a more stable technical foundation.
Yes. We work on e-commerce projects, optimization of existing shops, catalog structure, checkout flow, integrations and analytics that shows where customers and revenue are lost.
Yes, when needed. Maintenance can include technical support, smaller changes, performance monitoring, security updates and development of new sections or functionality.
Yes, if the project requires it. In that case we introduce a CMS or another content management system and provide instructions for safely editing the core pages.
Yes. SEO cooperation usually starts with an audit, technical foundation and topic plan. Only then come content, optimization of existing pages, internal linking and measurement.
It depends on competition, domain authority and the quality of the existing foundation. Technical fixes can show faster, while content and topical authority usually require several months of consistent work.
Yes. We build content through briefs, search-intent research, SEO structure and editorial control. We do not write copy just to publish something, but to answer real audience questions.
Yes. We set up and manage campaigns with conversion structure, tracking, creative variants and monthly budget optimization based on performance, not vanity reporting metrics.
We can, but first we check whether the landing pages can support the campaigns. If the site does not convert or lacks measurement, ads often only speed up budget waste.
Yes. We work with GA4, Tag Manager, events, conversions, UTM discipline and basic dashboards. For more complex systems we also suggest advanced server-side or CRM connections.
Yes. We can be an external strategic partner, technical support, SEO team, creative support or additional capacity alongside your existing people and processes.
Yes, when roles are clearly divided. The most important thing is one agreement around the goal, task ownership, communication channels and measurement.
Yes. Most processes can be fully remote. Communication can be in Serbian or English, with the same tools, rhythm and delivery standards.
Smaller projects can often start within two to three weeks of agreement. More complex web, e-commerce or multichannel projects usually need four to six weeks of preparation.
You receive a scope proposal, work phases, key deliverables, responsibilities, estimated timelines and price. For larger projects we also define priorities so the first phase brings the most value.
We agree on one main channel, status rhythm and responsible people. The goal is for you to see progress without daily micromanagement and without losing context between tasks.
The number of revisions depends on project scope and is defined in the offer. Revisions should stay tied to the goal and agreed direction, not endless changes of taste.
Yes, for most projects and monthly cooperation we sign a contract or offer confirmation. That clarifies scope, timelines, deliverables, payment method and basic cooperation terms.
Projects are most often paid by phases, while ongoing cooperation is monthly. The exact model depends on scope and is agreed before work begins.
Yes, but first we review the current state. Taking over without an audit often hides technical, content or analytics problems that later slow down results.
Sometimes, if there is realistic space in the schedule and the scope is clear enough. Urgency must not erase the basic diagnosis, because then the project usually becomes more expensive and risky.
That is common. This is why the first conversation exists. Based on the goal and current state, we suggest what makes sense now, what can wait and what should not be done at that stage.
